Shipping & Payments
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you aren't sure about something, please get in touch with us.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in South Africa usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days and depends on your order details and location. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email but if you have any questions please get in touch.
We use Aramex to deliver all our parcels.
We use the PayFast payment gateway in South Africa and you can check out using your credit or debit card, InstantEFT, MobiCred, Zapper, MasterPass or SCode.
If you are based outside South Africa, you will notice that the currency in check out will change to ZAR (South African Rand). This is because PayFast only processes transactions in our local currency, meaning that although you can view the product prices in your local currency, when you get to check out, the currency needs to change.
