All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. Should an item be received which is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and if possible, email us pictures of the damaged item so that we can acess the damages and send a replacement product as soon as possible. A one month period is granted for customers to notify Beryl Dingemans Jewellery of any defects. Should this happen, we shall repair or replace the item, depending on the specific case.
Repairs or exchanges will only be carried out on any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy. Should a product be returned in contravention of our returns policy or returned without legal right to do so, it may result in the item not being repaired or exchanged and we may retain the returned product until payment has been made to fully cover return shipping costs.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Only if the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, will you be refunded. Please request information if you have any doubts as to how our jewellery should be cared for or refer to our Jewellery Care & Repairs section on this website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you feel you have made the wrong choice, you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy. In this case, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your product that you are unhappy with and we will offer you an online store credit of the item so you can choose something else. Unfortunately in this case, we do not permit refunds, only exchanges, on a case-to-case basis with proof of purchase included. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
All products are returnable, excluding: Special orders, Bespoke jewellery, Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and all products bought on Sale.
Products returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, in it's original packaging and include proof of purchase. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
Please be aware that any purchases made with a store credit are processed as new orders and standard courier costs and delivery times will apply. You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail or a reliable courier service to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
