SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Deliveries within SOUTH AFRICA are charged at R99 and dispatched using ARAMEX couriers. For most major hubs, deliveries usually take between 24 to 48 hours, depending on the time of day the order was placed.

All INTERNATIONAL orders are charged at a flat rate of R500 and dispatched via DHL International.

For precious items, we may ask you to pay an extra fee to cover specific courier costs and insurance.

It is possible that an additional rate could be charged for courier fees, depending on where an order needs to be delivered, such as delivery to remote areas. Please note that we cannot deliver to a postal box and a physical address is necessary for shipping. Please ensure that detailed and correct contact information is provided. Should a product be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

Purchases are only shipped once payment has been cleared. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will be emailed a tracking number and the parcel should arrive at the specified address within 3-5 working days.

Please allow up to 6-15 working days for worldwide delivery. Remember that the order will ship only when the payment has cleared. Your shipment may also include delays depending on the country’s customs policies. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information about specific duties and taxes regarding your country.

Please note that all our products are handmade and if not in stock, we will notify you of any delays. If the item ordered is in stock we will dispatch it on the following working day.

If out of stock and the item has to be made, or if it is a custom order, it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

All purchases from this website are made subject to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from this website pass to the customer upon our delivery of the item/s to the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost goods. A signature is required for all orders when delivered, so please ensure that the is someone available at the specified address to sign for the delivery.

Beryl Dingemans Jewellery ships orders Mondays to Fridays, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
